In collaboration with Operations, Global Wellness and Resiliency and Human Resources Management, reviews client specifications and develops the project plan and implementation of the resiliency pr0gram
Identifies resource needs for the project, ensures expectations, and goals are fully communicated to relevant team members from the functional areas and resiliency counselors
Establishes responsibility for assigned project/s tasks/milestones
Communicates processes and monitors project progress and compliance
Identifies roadblocks and works with relevant stake holders to resolve issues such that requirements are met.
Participates in analyzing and resolving problems associated with program
Understands and communicates the inter-dependencies of various systems/products in meeting customer needs
Completes reporting and other duties for projects and day to day operational assignments
Takes ownership for Wellness and Resiliency implementation.
Coordinates the exchange of Policy-related information from/with the Client and disseminates across teams and ensure all the resources provided are available to implement program.
Maintains regular contact and gives feedback to stakeholders with regard to Policy-related changes for the successful enforcement of the policies/program
Spots trends and flags potential issues that may arise from the application policies and offers suggestions or solutions
Engages with all stakeholders regularly to ensure robust and consistent enforcement and correct understanding of resource constraints, policy issues or inconsistencies timely
Gathers insights and offers policy suggestions based on the direct application of the policies and program overall
Ensures continuous improvement of overall program
Ensures compliance with SOW related wellness and resiliency requirements
