Job Title: Wellness Programme & Client Development Specialist

Location: Petaling Jaya

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm Saturday: 9:00am - 3:00pm

Our client is a wellness centre offering holistic health programmes, including detoxification, anti-aging, spa therapies, and stress management solutions tailored to support long-term well-being.

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead wellness programme development and client engagement efforts. This role combines deep knowledge of holistic wellness with strong sales capabilities to deliver outstanding customer experiences while meeting revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Wellness Programme Design:

Develop and propose personalised wellness plans (e.g., detox, stress relief, anti-aging, spa therapies, wellness drips) based on client needs

Client Consultation & Sales:

Understand client goals and recommend appropriate programmes Conduct consultations and promote wellness packages Drive sales performance and achieve monthly targets

Operational Oversight:

Ensure smooth execution of wellness services and programme quality Provide training and guidance to staff on wellness protocols and customer engagement Monitor performance and ensure alignment with service standards

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in the wellness, holistic medicine, or spa industry Strong knowledge of holistic health practices and current wellness trends Excellent sales and customer relationship skills Capable of basic operational and performance tracking (budgeting, KPIs) Skilled in communication and professional presentation Results-driven with a genuine passion for health and wellness Experience in customer conversion and client retention strategies

Compensation & Benefits:
