Job Title: Wellness Programme Coordinator

Location: Petaling Jaya

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm Saturday: 9:00am - 3:00pm

Our client is a wellness centre that focuses on holistic health programmes, including detox therapy, anti-aging solutions, spa treatments, and stress relief methods tailored to promote complete well-being.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated professional with both wellness expertise and sales ability to develop personalised wellness plans while building strong client relationships. This role blends client care with strategic programme design and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop wellness programmes based on client health goals (e.g. detox, anti-aging, stress relief, IV drips, spa treatments) Conduct in-depth consultations and offer suitable wellness solutions Promote treatment packages and achieve sales targets Monitor programme execution and client satisfaction Train team members in wellness protocols and service standards Track progress, quality control, and overall programme performance

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in wellness, spa, or holistic health services Knowledgeable in alternative wellness therapies and industry trends Skilled in client consultation and service upselling Able to manage performance metrics (e.g., KPIs, budgets) Presentable, confident communicator, and passionate about health Strong ability to convert and retain clients

Salary & Benefits:
