Wellness Branch Supervisor Working Location: Bandar Tun Razak, Cheras, KL Working Days and Hours: 6 days week, tentatively 10am to 6.30pm Salary Range: RM4,000-6,500 (Basic + incentive) Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for wellness programs and services to achieve revenue targets.

• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns to generate interest in wellness programs and services.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.

• Manage a team of wellness professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support as needed.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and employers.

• Ensure that all wellness programs and services are in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Monitor program outcomes and adjust strategies as needed to meet business goals and objectives.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community partners to develop and implement comprehensive wellness initiatives.

• Provide education and resources to individuals and groups on topics related to wellness, such as nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and disease prevention.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of program activities, outcomes, and finances.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as sales & marketing or administration.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and team management.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
