Overview

Position: Operations Executive / Senior Executive

Salary: Exe (2-3years) : RM3,500 \xe2\x80\x93 RM4,000
Senior (4-6years): RM4,000-RM5,500
Location: Taman Tasik Permaisuri, Cheras
Working Hours: 5.5 Days per week

Requirements
\xe2\x80\x93 Good command in Customer Service Skills
\xe2\x80\x93 Required to be able to speak and read in Mandarin.
\xe2\x80\x93 Fluent in English & Malay is additional.
\xe2\x80\x93 Basic computer skills is required, especially Microsoft Excel.
\xe2\x80\x93 Work proactively, with a high sense of responsibility, dedication and teamwork.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to pick up job procedures quickly, and complete the job assigned properly
\xe2\x80\x93 Multi races are encouraged to apply
\xe2\x80\x93 With at least 1 year experience in Operations


\xe2\x80\x93 To assist the Operations Manager in the establishment, enhancement and implementation assuring smooth daily operations in TCM Centres.
\xe2\x80\x93 Consistent timeliness of successful implementation of initiatives.
\xe2\x80\x93 To assist the operations teams in completing the daily operations when necessary
\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for customer feedbacks, complaints & issues arises from operation side
\xe2\x80\x93 To work closely with Operations Manager for any issues related to Internal Operations, External Operations, Asset Management, Stock Management & Inventory Control.
\xe2\x80\x93 Admin task such as filing and reporting
\xe2\x80\x93 Perform other ad hoc tasks
