Manage daily center operations to ensure smooth service delivery, including staff supervision, schedule management, and efficient resource allocation.
Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and service targets for the wellness center.
Ensure both self and team members conduct therapy sessions professionally, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and provide appropriate follow-up for future treatments.
Manage client appointment scheduling to ensure sessions are well-organized and conducted on time.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client information, assessments, and treatment records.
Monitor staff adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), service quality, and hygiene protocols.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field, with relevant post-basic qualifications.
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in leadership or management within the wellness, healthcare, or a related industry.
Excellent customer service skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building rapport with clients and team members.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written in English, Malay and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking client and stakeholder.
Required to work 5.5 working days per week, with a monthly basic salary and performance-based incentives.
