Golden Forest Broadcast is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to help build and manage the company's Human Resources system
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company's HR structure and policies
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Manage payroll, attendance, and HR documentation
Coordinate with government departments for HR-related processes and compliance
Support management with performance evaluation and staff development plans
Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR reports
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or Administration
Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Arabic language is an advantage
Location: Malaysia

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM3,800.00 per month
