Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time)
Shortlisted candidate is required to come back to the Ara Damansara office twice. (1st time for Device Collection || 2nd time for Mock Call Certification), Mock Call Certification is the certification that happens after the candidate is towards the end of the training, where he/she has to pass to be sent to production. (Conducted after 3-4 weeks upon the completion of the training)

Help customer resolves any issues or complaints regarding the company\'s product and services with high level of customer service
Assist the customers in solving their problems to ensure customer\'s satisfaction with providing professional customer support
Provide feedback on efficiency of whole customer support experience to manager and relevant departments

Monthly salary: Basic RM 3000 + up to RM 300 KPI allowance + up to RM 700 night shift allowance.
