• Able to work night shift
• Required skills: Good communication, interpretation, translation
• Fully Work from Home
• Working Days: 5 days working, 2 days off
• Working Hours: Starting from 7PM (able to work evening MY time)
• Permanent Night Shift (8 hours working, 1 hour break) : 7PM to 4PM / 8PM to 5AM / 9PM to 6AM / 10PM to 7AM / 11PM to 8AM / 12AM to 9AM / 1AM to 10AM / 2AM to 11AM
• Remuneration: Salary from RM5,700 to RM8,100 (based on logged-in hours & incentives)

Tanggungjawab

• Meaningful and appropriate live interpretation of messages through telephone from various fields such as Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.
• Accurately and effectively interpret messages via telephone, ensuring clear and complete communication between parties in different languages.
• Adhere to professional interpretation standards, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy throughout the process.
• Coordinate with client needs, maintaining professionalism and effective communication during interpretation sessions.
• Handle complex and urgent interpretation scenarios, responding quickly and providing appropriate language support.
• Continuously improve professional skills and stay updated with industry-specific terminology and knowledge.
• Adjust services based on client feedback and requirements to ensure high-quality interpretation service.
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency during scheduled night shifts, completing assigned interpretation tasks.
