Job Description
We are looking for Recruiter to post job opportunities online and recruit candidates after present to them throughout the entire process. Recruiters must be effective communicators and possess great interpersonal skills. Responsibilities
- determining recruiting needs and selecting the optimal applicants to fill in vacancies
- develop more efficient processes to find great candidates
- places job adverts, contacts recruiters, and uses newsgroups and employment sites to attract applications
- interview candidates, analyse responses
- preparing and publishing attractive job descriptions to job boards or distributing them through other channels such as email or social media Benefits
