Applicants with SPM qualification or fresh graduates
Proficient in Mandarin and English
Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time)
Shortlisted candidate is required to come back to the Ara Damansara office twice. (1st time for Device Collection || 2nd time for Mock Call Certification), Mock Call Certification is the certification that happens after the candidate is towards the end of the training, where he/she has to pass to be sent to production. (Conducted after 3-4 weeks upon the completion of the training)

Tanggungjawab

Ability to handle all inbound calls in regarding to customers\' general inquiries.
Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time.
Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.

Manfaat

Monthly Salary: RM 3,000 + RM 250 Fixed Allowance (Universal) (Completion of training for 2 systems) + Up to RM 300 KPI Allowance + Up to RM 700 Night Shift Allowance + OT Claim (min RM 10 per hour)
12 Days Annual leaves + 14 Days Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO
