Requirements

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM or equivalent level

• Required language(s) Speak & Write in English & Mandarin

• Cantonese will be an additional advantage

• Minimum of 1 year\' experience as team leader in travel agency

• Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.

• Strong organizational skills to give the team direction

• Must be able to work 24-hour rotational shifts, 5 rotational days per week including weekends & PH (9 hours/ shift & 1-hour break)

• Must be able to start work at the end of July 2023!

• Experienced in using ticketing system (Eg: GDS System)

• Possess good travel industry knowledge

Responsibilities

:

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.

• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.

• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.

• Delegating tasks to team members.

• Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.

• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.

• Conducting quarterly performance reviews.

• Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.

• Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

Salary & Benefit:

• Permanent Position

• Salary up to RM 7,000 Basic

• WFH for 6 months - 1 year (PC is provided by company)
