Good command in Mandarin. Proficient in English and BM (Read, Speak, Type)
Regular Rotational shift with 5 rotational working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time, 8am - 11pm).
Shortlisted candidate is required to come back to the Ara Damansara office twice. (1st time for Device Collection || 2nd time for Mock Call Certification), Mock Call Certification is the certification that happens after the candidate is towards the end of the training, where he/she has to pass to be sent to production. (Conducted after 3-4 weeks upon the completion of the training)

Handle all inbound and outbound in addressing questions, complaints or comments from existing customers such as internet and phone services issues.
Assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time by using good communication skill and problem solving skill.
Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.
Manfaat
Monthly Salary: RM 2,800 basic + Up to RM 400 Night Shift Allowance + Up to RM 300 KPI Allowance + OT Claim (min RM 10 per hour)
