Title: Windows Administrator - Cantonese

MUST: Cantonese (Speaking)

Core Expertise

SAN & Storage Systems

- IBM DS5020/EXP520, Dell MD series, Lenovo S2200, HPE MSA500 G2, StorageTek L700E/L80.

SAN Switches

- IBM 2498-B24, Fibre Channel zoning, fabric management, WWPN optimization.

Storage Management

- SAN provisioning, RAID/LUN configuration, iSCSI & Fibre Channel setup, replication, backup integration.

Operating Systems

- Windows Server 2000-2022, Windows 11 Pro, Active Directory.

Virtualization

- VMware ESXi 4.0-8, Dell VxRail.

Monitoring

- SiteScope.

Skills

Incident & change management, SLA fulfillment. Independent, quick learner with strong analytical and resource management skills.

Fluent in Cantonese.
