Description and Requirements

You will:

Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving the escalated incident in Windows Server platforms Escalated the case to L3 Infrastructure/application team if need Perform the regular server operations such as setup, upgrade, patches deployment, monitoring and health checks, backup and restore etc... Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance turning. Prepare and maintain technical documentations. Providing support on issues related to servers, hypervisors and storages Liaise with external vendors for IT Server operations and maintenance

You bring:

Bachelor in Computer Science or related discipline; Holder of ITIL Foundation or above is a plus >2 years relevant working experiences in Windows Servers, VMware, x86 servers and storage Sizeable company and ITIL experience is preferable Self-motivated, quick learner, Can-do attitude and able to work under pressure Knowing in SAN infrastructure, SiteScope, AD and VMware is a plus

Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese

Willing to work on 24x7 shift rotation & on public holidays (PH), will be compensated with shift allowance and time off for working on PH
