Open Position: Windows Engineer, Level 3 (MNC IT Services Company)
An MNC IT Services Company is currently hiring for Windows Engineer, Level 3 to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Good experience in supporting and administrating Windows and Virtualization Technology Platforms such as Active Directory, Citrix, GPO, SCCM, Windows 10, Office365 and etc
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with knowledge in Networking, Backup, Security, Server, Storage and Virtualization platform such as Citrix, VmWare and etc
- Having experience in application and systems hardening including patching, upgrade and etc
- Good experience in change, request and incident management process with ability to identify areas of improvement, implementing bigfix and etc
- Good experience in leading IT projects through planning, testing and implementation phases to meet the business objective
- Experience in writing batch and automation scripts using VB, Powershell, Perl and etc
- Good technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve Technical IT issues
- Having professional IT Certifications such as IT, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP and etc would be added advantage
- A team player and comfortable working in a diverse team culture based environment
