Job Description
Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor Wire Cut EDM machines to produce precision components according to drawings and specifications. Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and tolerances. Perform basic programming, machine adjustments, and parameter setting as required. Ensure parts meet dimensional and quality requirements using measuring instruments (e.g. micrometers, verniers, CMM where applicable). Conduct routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting. Maintain proper documentation, including job records and inspection results. Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies at all times. Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and quality personnel to resolve machining issues.
Requirements
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
operating Wire Cut EDM machines. Proven ability to read and understand technical drawings. Experience working in aprecision engineering or manufacturing environment
is an added advantage. Familiar with measuring tools and basic quality inspection practices. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple jobs. Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts. Willingness to work overtime when required.Benefits
