Including the idle mode reselection, inter-system handover, load balance between different band or technology, Vo-LTE, SRVCC, Faster return optimization. Trial and deploy the new feature to improve the end to end user experience. \xef\x82\xb7Handle the top worst cell, such as high Drop call, low throughput, low CSSR, high interference, long latency. Improve the performance of the top cells and sites. Discover non-network optimization problems, such as transmission, alarm, core network or hardware problems. Establish and improve the tracking mechanism, and cooperate with other teams to solve network problems. \xef\x82\xb7Based on customer requirements, fashion services such as Youtube, facebook and Whatsapp optimize user perception based on the big data platform. Improves user experience of services and user satisfaction. \xef\x82\xb7Organization efficiency improvement tools are deployed to improve work efficiency. Collects tool requirements and trace the tool development. \xef\x82\xb7Network-wide parameter check: Abnormal parameter configurations are found, ensuring that network-wide parameters are configured properly. Promote the completion of acceptance \xef\x82\xb7Technical training for local staff and customers. \xef\x82\xb7Handling customer complaints regarding call drop, handover failure and providing suitable solutions. \xef\x82\xb7Strengthen cooperation with the transmission, core network, and data communication teams to improve network performance in an end-to-end performance. \xef\x82\xb7Network optimization manpower arrangement, manpower requirement statistics, drive test team transfer, and test equipment coordination \xef\x82\xb7Neighbor planning for 4G&3G&2G Swap Site Event Notification & CR implementation in RNPO. \xef\x82\xb74G&3G&2G Neighbor data (External Cell Definition) update/Correction for 4G, 3G, 2G. \xef\x82\xb7Daily indicator monitoring to detect network faults in a timely manner and necessary changes done to improve cells performance on daily basis. \xef\x82\xb7Achieve and maintain the Wireless Network Performance as per the threshold KPIs (Accessibility, Retainaibility, Mobility and Service Integrity). \xef\x82\xb7KPI affecting alarm tracking and checking of parametric inconsistencies in the Network to optimize the performance on regular basis.
