Build and provide on time and on quality technical and competitive costing elements for all A/C MRO offers
Execute MRO work order, ensuring on time, cost and quality delivery of the contracts, Prepare and continuous update Gantt chart for visual management for ongoing production.
Prepare Work Order and Engineering Order in accordance with the work scope.
Material requirements planning (MRP): Taking account of spares in the inventory, identifying additional needs and scheduling order for on time delivery.
follow the work progress / manage daily rooting with the teams
Perform damage/defect assessment, prepare report, proposes repair/rectification solution and liaisons with Tech Support network counterparts for maintenance beyond O & I levels. / provide associated repair costing
Report to the Contract manager on the contact Execution
Provide complete technical solution for unplanned work scope, including troubleshooting, repair, obsolescence management and other deviation from production plan.
Act as a technical support interface between customer, AHM and AHG
Manage work pack closing with MRO, CAMO,..
Continuous cost capturing throughout the production process including costing, man hour clocking, service provider management, production KPI, excess spare return, rework and warranty.
Ensure work scope executed in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and Airbus quality and standard.
Ensure project closing with complete documentation in compliance with regulatory requirement and
customer/contractual specific requirement.
Proficient in AH technical tools such as AirbusWorld, ORION, TIPI, WebTEK, SCDM, ChildNeo,SAP,
NormMaster, Bflow etc.
Optimize production flow, task sequence and input/output schedule for efficiency, flexibility and profitability of the Operations.
Response to technical query within the time frame predefined by Network KPI.
Technical debrief production issue to customer when necessary.
Ensure AHM commercial processes, finance rules and export control are complied.
Liaise with cross department stakeholders regarding process innovation, cost reduction solutions
and identify areas where production flow improvements can be made.
Support design project contacted Engineering DO.
Contributing technical and project management expertise in make or buy decision in retrofit projects.
Reporting safety concerns and synthesizing corrective action.
Provide general technical service to AHM departments.
Support other activities within the Engineering Department as required.
Lead the continuous improvement of the work prep team performance.
