Job Responsibilities:



ClickUp Setup & System Management



Build and maintain ClickUp spaces, custom fields, dashboards, and views. Manage ClickUp automations, user access, and ensure system hygiene. Troubleshoot issues and ensure alignment with company SOPs.

Email Handling IT Support



Handle all incoming emails: log enquiries into ClickUp, assign leads, or redirect to relevant teams. Support IT related issues, platform access, and liaise with vendors or internal stakeholders for troubleshooting. Manage onboarding/offboarding and support ad-hoc admin tasks related to workflows, SOPs, or system maintenance.

Lead Allocation & Tracking



Assign leads to designers based on internal workflow rules. Track lead updates, flag delays or irregularities to designers, internal stakeholders or CS team. Maintain clean data records and support internal dashboards. Generate daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports for management review.

Job Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Administration, Business, IT, or a related field. Proficient in ClickUp (or other project management tools)*, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Computer literate and comfortable using Slack and Google Drive, and open to learning new tools and platforms. Strong organizational skills with a structured approach to task execution. Fast learner with logical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Detail oriented, organised, and systematic in managing tasks. Able to work independently and follow SOPs with minimal supervision. Good communication in English (Mandarin is a plus). Comfortable working across teams and supporting general IT and operational needs.
