Kelayakan
- 1-2 years of experience in Workforce Management, Capacity Planning, or BPO Operations (BPO setting preferred).
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operations environment.
- Familiarity with WFM tools is an added advantage.
- Willing to work rotational shift; on-site in Johor, Medini 9.
- Plan and prepare staff schedules to ensure enough manpower daily.
- Monitor real-time operations and adjust staffing when needed.
- Track attendance, adherence, and update any changes in schedules.
- Forecast workload and help plan future manpower needs.
- Prepare simple daily/weekly reports on performance and staffing.
- Work closely with Operations to solve manpower or scheduling issues.
