You\xe2\x80\x99ll be trained to follow escalationand incident reporting procedures, and comply with the firm\xe2\x80\x99s safety guidelines andstrategies.Your responsibilities also include, but are not limited to: booking meeting rooms;managing office supplies inventory; handling paperwork on maintenance-relatedactivities; and updating the phone directory and company brochures. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also beexpected to assist the facilities management team in overseeing contractors on-site andfinding vendors and services.Sound like you? An experience in facilities, property management, hospitality orrelated field is ideal will go a long way.A positive thinker and strong communicatorAre you a confident, energetic and customer-oriented?
