Job Description

Responsible for providing remote troubleshooting software and hardware, maintenance, and repair services for a range of equipment and system., diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performance preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualification:

Strong Technical and problem solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Strong organizational and time management skills. at least 3years+
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
