1) Responsible to ensure the department\'s activity conforms to health and safety requirements, including risk assessment, operating procedures, and the general policies and procedures of the company.
2) Monitor and maximise labour output smoothly to adjust workload given to each team and to speed up repair time.
3) Ensure working order.
4) Supervise job and making report.
5) Consult with superior when confronted with unfamiliar exceptional cases.
6) Maintain records of all ongoing jobs.
7) Responsible to ensure that stock levels (spare parts) are well maintained.
8) Responsible to ensure that all vehicles are ready before handing over for puspacom inspection.
9) Call for supplier quotation as need arises for superior approval.
10) Perform other duties as requested by superior from time to time.

Requirements:
1) Candidate must possess at least a Secondary/Professional Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2) At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4) Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
5) Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6) Ability to meet deadlines.
7) Time management and organisational skills.
