Workshop Supervisor (plantation)

Job Description
1. Workshop Operations
Organize and schedule vehicle and equipment maintenance. Order spare parts and workshop supplies when needed. Work with managers to arrange vehicles and machines for land development work.
2. Record-Keeping & Reporting
Keep records of vehicle licenses, permits, service schedules, and repairs. Prepare simple reports on vehicle and machinery maintenance.
3. Safety & Compliance
Make sure safety rules are followed in the workshop. Ensure proper disposal of waste, such as used engine oil.
4. Team Support & Training
Arrange training sessions to help workshop staff learn new skills.
5. Project Coordination
Keep track of project timelines to ensure work is completed on time.
6. Other Responsibilities
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Ability to work on-site (accommodation provided if needed).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
