Your new role Manage the complete business development sector with responsibility for financial outcomes. Lead the operational aspects, covering both financial and customer domains. Take the lead in financial and customer operations. Formulate and execute strategies for operational oversight, ensuring they align with established performance goals, budgets, and timelines. Manage, structure, and foster a strong team of managers for commercial divisions and auxiliary functions, collaborating closely with other departments. Offer direction to achieve production objectives, optimising the utilisation of resources such as materials, equipment, and labour. Strive to maintain or exceed quality standards while minimising costs related to order acquisition. Conduct research and devise growth strategies to establish crucial partnerships with key vendors supporting Workspace Management in terms of products, empowerment, and account strategies. Collaborate with the team in APAC and Europe to sustain technical expertise, exchange initiatives, and customer input. Coordinate with sales teams in operating countries and Global Services Teams to offer consultation to clients regarding industry trends and best practices in Workplace Management. What you\'ll need to succeed Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience selling Audio Visual Solutions, Workspace Management, Unified Communications, and technology sales, along with a background in business development. Demonstrate a well-established professional network. Exhibit a keen understanding of the Audio-Visual and Workspace market, enabling the evaluation of service offerings\' commercial potential. Showcase a successful track record of achieving sales targets and a strong aspiration to surpass revenue objectives. Demonstrate a history of creating and executing business/account plans, along with the ability to engage both business and technical decision-makers within customer organisations. Showcase adept sales skills, including business rationale, negotiation, and deal closure. Highlight proven capabilities in managing sales pipelines effectively.
