Requirements

• Possess relevant qualifications in English/Bahasa Melayu/Islamic/Chinese Studies
• Proficient in written and spoken Arabic Language/Mandarin/English/Bahasa Malaysia
• Creative, innovative & productive
• Strong public speaking skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Possess winning attitude
• Some teaching experience preferred
• Must have the ability to create and conduct training presentations using adult learning principles
• Must be able to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programmes, at a beginner or higher level
• Able to work in a team
• Be prepared to travel within Malaysia and overseas centres for training

Responsibilities

• To develop materials in line with curriculum standards
• To deliver training and is responsible for monitoring, coaching, and evaluating participant progress
• To conduct tutorials and teachers' training to end-users based on Smart Reader related programmes
• Responsible for scheduling, facility preparation, reporting etc. associated with training delivery
• To perform programme assessment for the purposes of assessing the success of participants and programme
