Job Description

:

Operate and monitor all units of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). Perform routine inspections of equipment, pipelines, and control systems to ensure proper functioning. Monitor water quality parameters through on-site testing and laboratory sampling. Report any abnormalities, equipment failures, or process deviations. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, environmental standards, and safe work practices at all times.

Job Requirements:

Minimum High School / Technical Diploma in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in wastewater treatment / effluent treatment plant operation, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industry. Knowledge of water/wastewater treatment processes and related environmental regulations. Familiarity with pumps, valves, chemical handling, and laboratory testing procedures. Basic computer skills for reporting and record-keeping. Physically fit, safety-conscious, and able to work in shifts.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
