? Resume with HR background, about 10 years of work experience
? Party A HR management experience in all aspects of work, priority is also with Party B / enterprise HR consulting service experience
? Experience in multicultural management, previous experience working with different cultural teams, and best experience working with Chinese colleagues
Must have at least 1-2 years of manufacturing experience, with priority given to the automation / high-end manufacturing / automotive / aerospace / semiconductor industry
? Friendly personality, attractive communication, a realistic / realistic response to situational / case questions, without exaggeration
? Experience in building HR compliance system from 0 to 1, including: (1) Import HRIS / Payroll system;(2) Establish employee manual and HR system; (3) Establish employee training curriculum & evaluation system; (4) Establish a pay and benefits system and introduce insurance benefits programs
? Agree with company values
? Acceptance of work arrangements across time zones
