JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, resume sourcing and screening, interviewing, offer issuing and onboarding.
Assist team leader in developing, monitoring, maintaining effective channels for recruitment, including universities, websites, job fairs, social media etc. to meet dynamic hiring demand.
Conduct effective interviews for various positions to ensure a high quality of new hires.
Generate, analyze and maintain relevant marketing reports timely and provide effective suggestions to help TA department make appropriate decisions.
2.Other HR Function Related Work:
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Support training and development initiatives, including coordination of workshops and career development programs.
Provide administrative support and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role; At least 2 years' of recruiting experience.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
