JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategic HR Management
oFoster two-way communication and establish trustworthy partnership with senior management to transform business demands to HR objective and strategy and meet dynamic departments' needs efficiently.
oEnsure HR practices align with statutory requirements and company values;
Talent Acquisition
oPlan and create short-term and mid-term talent recruiting strategies and plans.
oOversee end-to-end recruitment, maintain and improve effectiveness of recruiting processes, selection quality, recruiting marketing and channels in order to meet dynamic hiring demand and business growth.
oConduct effective interviews for various positions and provide coaching to develop new interviewers to ensure a high quality of new hires.
HR Operations & Employee Relations
oManage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
oHandle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, disputes, and terminations, ensuring resolution in line with labor laws and company policies.
oFoster positive/healthy employee relations, promoting a productive and engaged workforce between staff and company.
Minimum of 10 years of comprehensive HR experience, at least 5 years recruitment experience and 3 years management role.
Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Expertise in national and local labor laws and regulations with the ability to independently resolve complex labor disputes.
Proficiency in supporting business growth through talent reviews and succession planning.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
