Job Description

As a Bubble Tea Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Customer Service:

Greet customers with warmth and enthusiasm, assist with orders, offer recommendations, and resolve any issues to ensure a delightful experience.

Drink Preparation:

Prepare bubble teas and other beverages with precision, following standardized recipes to maintain consistent quality and taste.

Cash Handling & Sales:

Operate the cash register, process payments (cash and electronic), maintain accurate sales records, and manage the cash drawer responsibly.

Cleaning & Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas. Perform end-of-day cleaning duties to uphold hygiene standards.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure ingredients and supplies are adequately stocked to prevent shortages.

Sales & Promotion:

Promote new menu items, seasonal specials, and combo deals to boost customer interest and sales.

Teamwork:

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, especially during peak hours.

Safety & Compliance:

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and store policies to ensure a safe and compliant environment for customers and staff.
