Below are the Details and Requirements of the PERSOLKELLY Employability Program:
1) Monthly Training Allowance:
- RM 1,800 to RM 2,150
2) Benefits:
- AL, MC, Medical Reimbursement, Insurance Coverage, EPF & SOCSO, Added value training (TVET/ Non-Tech)
- Induction & Orientation (1 day): Online via Microsoft Teams
- During Training (1 month): Online and Classroom Training
- On Job Assignment (3 months): Kuala Lumpur / Selangor / Penang / Malacca / Johor Bahru/ Putrajaya/ Kelantan/ Perlis/ Kedah/ Pahang/
4) Working Days: 5 days/week
5) Job Type: 4 Months Trainee Program (Full Time)
Program Requirement:
- Malaysia Citizen
- Malaysian-recognized Diploma/Degree (Machinery & Equipments/Engineering/IT/Digital/Any Technical Courses/Cert)
- Unemployed
- Not participating in any/or similar program (SL1M, MySTEP, Protege & GEMS)
- Possesses a strong interest in being employed
