Introduction
As an IBM Z Client Architect within IBM you\'ll lead the definition and architecture of end-to-end solutions that include the IBM Z platform.

Considered the go-to expert, you\'ll understand your client\'s broad technical strategy and challenges and will be able to eloquently articulate the benefit of IBM Z solutions that results in value optimization for them. You\'ll advocate for clients and guide technical teams to ensure planning, builds and deployments run smoothly and delight customers.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities for IBM Z Mainframe software solutions
• Collaborating with IBM Z Mainframe Sales team to drive revenue growth.
• Providing technical expertise to customers and prospects through product demonstrations, presentations, and discussions
• Delivering technical presentations and workshops to customers and prospects on the benefits and value of IBM Z Mainframe software solutions
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and prospects
• Providing feedback to IBM Z Mainframe development teams on customer needs and market trends
• Developing sales proposals and responding to RFPs/RFIs with technical solutions that meet customer requirements
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing technical issues and providing support as needed
• Conducting technical training for customers and IBM Z Mainframe Sales team
• Maintaining knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
• Contributing to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and events
• Collaborating with other technical teams to ensure that all aspects of the solution are integrated and working together efficiently.

• Proven experience in defining of the structures of a solution to a business problem and creating its architectures
• Demonstrable expertise in using formal methods to guide and drive the development of solutions, the management of your work and the production of your deliverables.
• Hands-n full life-cycle architectural experience which enables you to produce solution designs that are truly viable and that can be successfully constructed, implemented, operated, and managed
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills that will help you build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both externally and internally within IBM, through effective listening and candid communication.

• Knowledge of IBM Z and how it fits in the Digital Transformation (training in IBM\'s Z product will be provided)
