: Supervise and lead the analysis spot marketing and sales activities portfolio volumes, sourcing volumes by assembling key success factors, conducting matrix analysis and providing best recommendation to the Management for effective market approach with strategic business alliances and excellent customer relations. Recommend and evaluate contract terms and conditions including proposal for periodical price reviews negotiation strategy by recommending robust and dynamic pricing mechanisms, comprehensive evaluation and comparison with current market trends and industry practice. Recommend and analyse strategic business development initiatives by monitoring external business environment, competitive situation and key economic drivers of value. Review the execution of commercial aspects of contracts with buyers by enforcing the agreed terms and conditions as stipulated in relevant contractual documents and resolving any commercial issues/disputes including any arrangements outside contracts\' provisions. Monitor and review effective customer relations activities through regular interactions with buyers, instilling shared values and resolving operational. Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with the Government authorities, business and management institutions, national and key industry players and service providers. Enforce the implementation of applicable procedures and guidelines and affect the compliance to statutory and legislative requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration . Requirements: Minimum 7 years relevant working experience in Oil & Gas industry Possess good communication and negotiation skills.
