You will work closely with other IT professionals to ensure that the systems and network infrastructure are operating efficiently and securely. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance,Education and Experience Requirement:Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldProven experience in implementing, and managing system infrastructure solutionsStrong knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux/Unix) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plusCertifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or CompTIA Security+ are advantageousExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamStrong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationProject management experience or having been integral to projects would be advantageousMinimum 3 years working experience in a system operation positionResponsibilities:Implement, and maintain server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, storage systems, and network devicesConfigure and deploy operating systems, applications, and services according to best practicesPlan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and expansionsCommunicate and collaborate with multitier personnel, such as clients and vendorsPrepare pre and post-projectdocumentationLiaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution and escalationProvide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues and ensure meeting SLA
