- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Issues credits, sends order acknowledgements, and composes letters to customers.
- Coordinate with related teams to ensure customers requirements are met.
- Issue job order
- Liaise with customer related to jobs information
- Provide artwork information
- Finished goods delivery control
- Send quotation
- Assist in customer daily enquiry
