Requirements

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be based in Startek Johor Bahru and will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Able to communicate in Cantonese (role requires candidate to liaise with Hong Kong clients) and English. Able to read Traditional Mandarin words.
• SPM leavers and fresh graduate who are interested are also encouraged to apply - Full Training Provided.
• Work on rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon OR Night shift).

Responsibilities

You will play an important role in

• Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company\'s products.
• Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
