Job Description

Cantonese Customer Service Specialist - No Midnight Shift (No experience can apply)

  • Fresh Graduate / non experience are welcome to apply
  • MUST able speak and write in Traditional Mandarin, Cantonese & English
  • Previous working experience in customer service, call center is preferable
  • With experience in handle in Email & Live Chat, inbound call is an advantage
  • Able to start work Immediately is preferable
  • Can flexible work on rotating shift is preferable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Able to start work on ASAP is strongly preferable
Responsibilities
  • To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
  • To be constantly guided by company's service standards.
  • Effectively manage large numbers of email / live chats / inbound calls
  • Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
