Job Scope: * Provide personalized and anticipatory service to guests, acting as a point of contact and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.
Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-in procedures, and escort them to their rooms, providing information about hotel amenities and services.
Coordinate guest requests and preferences, including restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and special event planning.
Ensure guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, including turndown service and preparation of amenities.
Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to the guest\'s satisfaction and escalating as necessary.
Assist with concierge duties, such as arranging sightseeing tours, booking tickets to events, and providing recommendations for local attractions.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive guest information or requests.
Requirements: * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front office or hospitality role, with a focus on guest services and customer relations.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field are WELCOME
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues at all levels.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
