Description Primary Objective: To manage/grow the assigned Islamic commercial portfolio and solicit new assets, liabilities and transaction banking businesses, managing the overall account profitability, asset quality and collaboration across business groups. Key Responsibilities: Source and market for new Islamic Commercial financing deals through active marketing activities and grow the existing Islamic Commercial portfolio: Maintain good relationship with existing Islamic Commercial clients and solicit for incremental deals as well as referrals. Ensure that deals are processed and submitted in timely manner within the specified turnaround time. Work closely with Transaction Banking team and Treasury to promote utilization by the customers for facilities granted. Grow new and incremental CASA and non-CASA Deposits, and other ancillary businesses. Source for Islamic deposits in order to meet deposit targets. Actively promote Reflex and B@W to new and existing Commercial portfolio. Value add and enhance banking relationship with other Group products i.e. insurances, merchants, credit cards. Housekeeping and relationship management. Actively manage existing Islamic Commercial portfolios and ensure that all accounts are reviewed in timely manner (zero overdue reviews). Process and attend to all variations/adhoc/other requests from Islamic Commercial customers in timely manner. Monitor conduct of accounts (including covenants imposed), ensure fair share of business secured and prompt payment of facilities. Manage EAM and Watch List accounts. Timely submission of all reports to be done by Commercial Banking. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Degree/MBA/ Professional qualifications in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines. - Certified Credit Professional (CCP) / Business Credit Professional (BCP) . Minimum 2-3 years working experience in credit with exposure to commercial / corporate including credit processing, evaluation and appraisal . Possess strong credit writing and analytical skills Degree / Professional qualifications in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines Interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
