MohonKelayakan

  • Bachelor\'s degree in accounting (preferred)
  • Bookkeeping experience is a plus.
  • Administrative office experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Tanggungjawab
  • To assist in maintaining full set of accounting records.
  • Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system.
  • Account payable and account receivable controls.
  • Performing weekly/monthly bank reconcilation.
  • Check, calculate and pay commisions and claims accurately and timely.
  • To perform data entry related to daily transactions, to prepare payment voucher and bookkepping.
  • Assisting in audit, fact checks and resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all company matters.
  • Maintance of proper accounting record and filling systems
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior or Director.
