JOB DUTIES:
HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems. Assist with HR-related administrative tasks, such as processing paperwork, generating reports, and managing HR-related documentation
Training & Development: Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules that address identified needs in alignment with Local business unit and HRDF.
Employee Engagement: Participate in initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work environment. Support employee engagement surveys and action planning. Ensure employee relations remain healthy and that a constructive and positive work environment is nurtured throughout the company
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Assist in resolving employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner, escalating complex matters as needed
HR Policies & Procedures: Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process, including organizing the career fair or recruitment activities. Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth and positive experience
Dealing with the external manpower agencies in any case for the additional temporary manpower for the operation, including sourcing, contract, arrangement of the manpower, attendance of the manpower and payment follow up
Any add hoc as needed

Pay: RM1,606.08 - RM2,500.00 per month
