DESIGNATION : Access & Onboarding Coordinator - AA
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Access & Onboarding Coordinator is a key member of the IT operations team, responsible for managing access provisioning, account creation, and onboarding support for external consultants and new hires. The role ensures that all employees are equipped with the right access, tools, and systems to perform effectively
Create and manage accounts for external consultants and employees.
Raise and track service requests/tickets for access provisioning and issue resolution.
Partner with Group Office, Line Managers, and Sourcing teams to validate approvals and requirements.
Oversee onboarding processes to ensure all hires are operational from day one
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records for all access-related activities.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce delays
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree/Diploma in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in IT access management, or onboarding support.
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.) preferred.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Strong ownership and accountability.
Collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
