Job Description

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
  • Familiar with Autocount software
  • Handle in daily accounting task/data entry
  • Handle/assist other department related to Account/Admin matter
  • Liaise with client & customer on payment/invoicing matter
  • Monitor cash flow /payment & receipt
  • Handle with auditor when necessary
  • Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.
  • Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management and superior from time to time.
  • Multitasking, commitment to work efficiently and proactive with sense of urgency.
  • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • Call persons waiting for visitors and book them a room to meet in.
  • Record and booking of rooms for Schedule meetings.
  • Upkeep to ensure the reception area is tidy.
  • Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office.
  • To perform basic filing and clerical duties as when needed
