Handle in daily accounting task/data entry
Handle/assist other department related to Account/Admin matter
Liaise with client & customer on payment/invoicing matter
Monitor cash flow /payment & receipt
Handle with auditor when necessary
Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.
Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management and superior from time to time.
Multitasking, commitment to work efficiently and proactive with sense of urgency.
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
Call persons waiting for visitors and book them a room to meet in.
Record and booking of rooms for Schedule meetings.
Upkeep to ensure the reception area is tidy.
Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office.
To perform basic filing and clerical duties as when needed
