Job Description


  • Able to work 5.5 days a week (Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm).
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:
  • To ensure accounts receivable are collected on time and provide updates on collection status;
  • To ensure payments are collected within credit terms;
  • To prepare month financial statements, payment receipts and credit note;
  • To perform inspection for all customer return goods and issue claim forms to customers;
  • To prepare monthly sales aging to salesperson;
  • To contact overdue customers for payment collection;
  • To follow up on customer collection status and provide updates;
  • To issue stock return to supplier and adjustments for warehouse maintenance;
  • To prepare salesperson claims;
  • To prepare and maintain records of payment vouchers and perform online payments;
