At least 1 year of working experiences in the related field
Proficient in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia with Mandarin added advantage
Familiar with SQL Accounting system
Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office
Able to start work immediately or within short notice period

Handle sales enquiry, prepare quotation, delivery order, invoice and sales related documents
To perform day to day general administrative tasks
Weekly stock checking for warehouse
Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
Double check and key in expenses and claim
Carry out other adhoc tasks assigned by superior
