We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of handling administrative and basic accounting tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Handle daily administrative duties and documentation
Assist in basic accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, and payment tracking
Maintain filing systems and ensure records are up to date
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Assist in preparing monthly reports and summaries
Perform other general office duties as required
Source suppliers and request quotations.
Negotiate prices and terms with vendors.
Prepare purchase orders (POs) and track delivery timelines.
Maintain stock/inventory records and perform stock checks.
Liaise with suppliers on quality, quantity, and delivery issues.
Coordinate with other departments for procurement needs.
Requirements
Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Good organizational and time management skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
