Bank Reconciliation Specialist (Account Assistant) :



Manage and oversee the bank reconciliation process from start to end, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Prepare bank reconciliation workings & reports to support month-end and year-end close activities.

Responsibilities



Ensures bank financial records are accurate by comparing internal records with bank statements. Identifying and resolving any bank related discrepancies in a timely manner. Generate month-end reports and provide analysis to management to support financial accuracy and compliance.. Work closely with RTR, AP, AR and Treasury teams to resolve issues and ensure correct processing of bank transactions.

Requirements and Skills



For the Bank Reconciliation Specialist role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting. Proven experience in bank reconciliation with min 3 years of experience in Retail or FMCG related industry or industry with high volume bank transaction. Strong analytical skills and high degree of attention to detail. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Good communication skills.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
